Should you be less than fully
satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days of purchase
for exchange or refund. Wrap the item securely and include a copy of your
invoice that came with your shipment, if you do not have the invoice send
us an e-mail at customerservice@hmbbrewingco.com or call 650 728-2739 to obtain a return authorization.
Please return by UPS only.
We recommend that you insure your
shipment in case of loss in transit. We cannot accept returns on items that
have been machine washed or damaged orders or issue credit for freight. The
return will be reflected on your credit card within 30 days after receipt
in our offices.
